Now, after all those years, Walker has written his autobiography. Hans Knot rose to the occasion to review the book even before he finished reading it.
291 On seeing. Our human disposition, strengthened by a positivistic world view, has made us all subject to the primacy of vision. So, we tend to believe that what a photograph shows us, must inevitably be true. But, as Hans Durrer argues, the medium has its own reality.

In November 1966, Roger Day went to work for Radio Caroline on the MV Mi Amigo, where he became known as Roger 'Twiggy' Day, 'your thinner record spinner.' In an ethnographic dialog with musicians like Louis Simão, David French and Rich Greenspoon, Andrew Scott looks deeper into this matter.
