An official press report. Earlier on I mentioned the possibility for people to take shares in the Peace Foundation. In several Dutch newspapers small advertisements could be found in 1969 and 1970 to take part in the campaign from Abie Nathan to get Peace in the Middle East as well giving money for all kind of humanitarian needs. In Holland two men were very active in the Peace Foundation: Jaap Stengs, who went with the Peace Ship to New York in 1969 as the official captain and Professor Zeegers. It was early March 1976 that an official press report was published by the station, in which a lot of information about Abie Nathan himself, which partly can be found in the chapter "Who's Abie Nathan," as well as names and addresses of all people involved in the Peace Foundation World Wide were given.

Here are those historical addresses which were once used for the good purpose:
2 "The revenue generated is being used by The Peace Ship Fund to finance clinics, food aid, donations to charities and a host of deserving causes in Israel, the Middle East and the World. With its professional broadcasters and management Abie Nathan has created a neutral voice on the regions airwaves, a voice of hope and sanity. With this huge audience, Abie is able to reach the people with his frequent broadcasts to the region from The Peace Ship.
